Skilled husband and wife vinters are one of a few quality based producers in Priorat making wines, and winning awards along the way. All grapes are handpicked, with 30% of the Grenache grapes fermented and aged in new French oak. The blended wine then spends 6 months on its lees before bottling. Only 1300 bottles produced per year. Light straw colour with wonderfully intense floral aromas from the Viognier; apples, peach and tart citrus. Generous on the palate with textured minerality and superb acidity. If you like your wines complex and textured, look no further.
