The Heilan Coo Shiraz - Mataro 2024

From Victoria, Australia. Named for the Highland cattle that graze on the vineyards. 50 years ago Highlanders left Scotland for a new life down under, taking their unique cattle with them. Silky shiraz based blend with a touch of spicy Mataro finished with a lick of oak. The Heilan Coo is a blend of 85% Shiraz and 15% Mataro. It is full of plush red fruit, supported by gentle touches of clove, spice and chocolate notes. Pairs great with Red meats, game, add spice to the dish for a perfect match.
