Retribution Distilling Co Single Malt English Whisky PR004 Pedro Ximenez Cask

Retribution's 4th release and another single cask, this time a PX hogshead. The cask has had a big influence on our new make imparting the classic PX flavours of dried fruit (figs and dates), with a hint of leather/tobacco, nuttiness and a sweetness from the sherry. All layered over the top of our smooth and creamy new make spirit which can still be tasted behind the sherry influence.
