How to Measure Your Chest

1. Wear a thin shirt or stand bare‑chested.
   Light layers avoid adding bulk to your measurement.

2. Position the tape.
   Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest—typically just under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.

3. Keep the tape level and snug.
   The tape should be horizontal all the way around and snug against your body—but not so tight that it compresses your chest.

4. Breathe normally.
   Take the measurement at the end of a normal exhalation so it reflects your relaxed circumference.

5. Read and record.
   Note the measurement in inches (″) and/or centimetres (cm). Use this number to find your best “Fit to Body Chest” size in the chart above.
