On the nose, lemon peel, crunchy pear, green apples, and some hints of wet stone. On the palate, clean and lean lemon zest bursting out followed by granny smith green apples, pear and lingering sensation of minerals with a long finish. It pairs brilliantly with seabass fillet and Tricolor tomato salad.
