Phlox subulata 'Amazing Grace' 9cm/1.5L

This low growing phlox forms a dense evergreen mat smothered in pale pink flowers in spring. It is perfect for ground cover, edging paths or spilling over walls. Once established, it creates a long lasting carpet of colour.
