Boil 3/4 cup of water or fresh milk in saucepan. Add 1/3 cup of Iyan and stir well till lum free. You may add a little more water or milk and cook for 2 minutes, while stirring. Serve hot with egusi (Melon Seed) stew or stew of your choice.
