Nighthaunt: Dreadblade Harrows

The Knights of Regret ride out. Dreadblade Harrows are the phantom officers who watched their leader's betrayal and did nothing — now cursed to gallop out of thin air on spectral steeds, culling the vulnerable and cutting down anyone trying to flee. Especially discorporate even for Nighthaunt, they blink in and out of the mists to carry out the most unchivalrous orders.
