Necrons: Orikan the Diviner

Orikan the Diviner is the wiliest HQ in any Necron list — a Chronomancer who reads the battle before it happens and rewrites the bits he doesn't like. He rides on his own prehensile spine rather than legs, wields the Staff of Tomorrow, and strikes with an active chronometron that lands blows half a heartbeat before he's even moved. Under the current Necrons rules, Orikan shifted from Leader to Support alongside the rest of the Cryptek line, which makes him an easy add without eating into your Overlord's Leader slot.
