Martí Serdà El Xitxarel-lo 2022

Aromas of ripe white fruit, with citrus and a floral background. In the mouth the wine has good attack, fresh and mineral with a silky note. The after taste is good, accompanied by fruity flavours that give fullness and body, the dense character typical of Xarel-Lo grape. The wine has a long and pleasant finish. From Marti Serda Winery, made with 100% Xarel-Lo grapes, a variety from Penedes, Catalonia. A refreshing and sassy wine, developed to promote consumption of wine in this locality. The label is made up of local Catalan dialect, some (possibly most) are mildly rude! Pairs great with Seafood and fish dishes, pasta salads, sushi, risottos and white meats.
