Owned by the Davault family for six generations, Domaine de la Chaise is composed of 140 acres of vines located on the hillsides of Saint Georges sur Cher, the wine capital of the Touraine appellation (AOC) Christophe Davault is the 6th generation winemaker, along with his son, Quentin, (up & coming 7th generation). Of course, Veronique, wife of Christophe and mother of Quentin, is in charge. The Touraine-Chenonceaux (AOP) vineyards are set around Loire Valley's most picturesque and iconic Chateâu, of the same name.
