About Cacharel

Cacharel was founded in 1962 in Nîmes by French designer Jean Bousquet, and grew through the 1970s into a defining label of romantic, youthful Parisian style. The brand's fragrances — produced under licence by L'Oréal — have followed the same flirtatious, optimistic spirit, from the cult Anaïs Anaïs (1978) through to Amor Amor, which has been a top-seller for the house since 2003.
