Burlington House Gates Gold Pocket Square

The ornate ironwork of the gates at Burlington House, home of the Royal Academy of Arts on Piccadilly, is reimagined here as gilded scrolls curling over panels of blue tilework. Dorota Stumpf frames the design in a deep sunflower-yellow border with a fine patterned edge, so a flat fold shows a bright band of gold while a puff fold reveals the scrollwork. It is printed on 100% silk and measures 40cm by 40cm. Gold and blue look especially good against navy, and the square brings warmth to a grey suit. A distinctive gift with a London story behind it.
