Bodegas Binifadet Melipetó Rosat Dolç N.V.

Melipetó is a sweet and enveloping experience. Three light sweet wines designed to be enjoyed calmly with small kisses, turning an aperitif or dessert into a special moment. Friendly and full of character, their fruity notes stand out, making them a dessert in themselves. Unlike other sweet wines, Melipetó has less sugar, more acidity and a lower alcohol content, which gives rise to fresh wines with a subtle and balanced sweetness.

Manual harvest. Fermentation at 16 ºC in stainless steel. Fermentation stop by cold, leaving 50 gr/liter of sugar.

Sweet rosé wine with a bright pink color. Aromas of red fruits and sweet spices. On the palate it is light and fruity.
