Beyra Vinhos de Altitude Dry Farming 2023

 Mineral and citrus fruitiness, grapefruit, hints of nettle and white flowers, very fresh and light on the palate, revealing the altitude of the vineyards.

Hand picked grapes, reception with full destemming, whole-cluster pressed, fermentation at 16-17 ºC using native yeasts during 20 days. Aged during 4 months in Stainless steel vats until bottling.

Excellent as an aperitif, with appetisers, grilled fish and shellfish and to share with friends.
