Bettini Paccheri (500g)

This pasta is made using Lazio-grown durum wheat with pure spring water and shaped through traditional bronze dies then slowly dried at low temperatures. 

This artisanal process gives the pasta a rough texture that helps sauces cling beautifully, enhancing flavour in every bite.

Perfect for seafood ragù, stuffed with ricotta and spinach or baked in a tomato and béchamel sauce. Its size and texture make it a show-stopping centrepiece for any meal.
