Water Gel Pacific Blue is a pre-tinted, thick water gel in a bright tropical blue — ready to sculpt into the clear, sun-lit shallows of a Pacific lagoon or tropical shoreline. No tinting required for that vivid, holiday-brochure sea.

Work it over a pale sandy base for the brightest shallows, peaking it for gentle waves. Add white foam at the crests and shoreline for breaking surf.
