AK Interactive - the Inks - Night Purple (AK16004)

Night Purple is the ink for scenes that need to feel like they're lit by something other than daylight. It's a deep, transparent violet that pools into recesses and glazes over basecoats to add weight and mood without flattening the colour beneath it.

Best for

• Deepening recesses and shadow transitions on purple, blue or black armour and robes
• Chaos, daemon and void-themed miniatures where a moody undertone sells the model
• Glazing over airbrushed gradients to add richness without repainting
• Mixing with blacks or blues for cooler, more sinister shadow tones

It's forgiving enough for a first attempt at glazing, and strong enough that a seasoned painter will still find new uses for it.
