AK Interactive Real Colors - S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab (RC875)

The green of the British Army as it drove into North-West Europe. S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab became the standard base colour of British vehicles from April 1944, in time for D-Day, and stayed in service to around 1955. If you're building a Sherman Firefly, a Cromwell or a Universal Carrier for the drive from Normandy, this is the colour to start with.

Best for

• British Army vehicles in North-West Europe from April 1944
• D-Day and the drive across Europe
• The base coat for late-war British armour

Get it down solid as your base, then fade, chip and dust it — British armour in the bocage picked up plenty of grime.

The essential late-war British green. Build the rest of your scheme from the AK Real Colors range.
