Best for

• Vertical rain streaks down turret and hull sides
• Dust washed into downward runs on stowage and fuel drums
• Subtle weathering on any large vertical panel

Dot it on, then drag downward with a clean brush lightly dampened in thinner to feather the streaks into the surface. Build them up gradually — restraint reads as realism.
