Dark Filter for Wood deepens and enriches timber tones in one translucent pass. This ready-mixed enamel filter flows over the base colour to add shadow, grain depth and variation — the difference between a flat brown plank and a piece of weathered, worked wood.

Best for

• Deepening decks, crates, barrels and wooden stowage
• Adding shadow and grain variation to timber
• Toning down over-bright wood base coats

Apply over a gloss or satin coat and build in thin passes until the wood reads convincingly aged. Enamel-based, so it stays open for streaking and blending.
