Sepia Ink is a transparent, warm-brown acrylic ink — for shading, glazing and tinting without hiding the detail beneath. AK's 3rd Generation ink flows into recesses to add warm depth, and washes over surfaces for an aged, sepia-toned finish.

Best for

• Warm brown shading in recesses and detail
• Aged, sepia-toned washes and glazes
• Tinting light surfaces and metallics warm

Thin it further with water or medium for controllable washes, and build it up in layers. Being transparent, it deepens tone without masking texture — ideal over a gloss coat.
