Adeptus Mechanicus: Kataphron Battle Servitors

Half machine, half menace and entirely without mercy — Kataphron Battle Servitors are the brute-force answer the Cult Mechanicus sends in when subtlety has stopped working. Heavily armoured, tracked and bolted permanently to their weapons, they're just as dangerous grinding through a fortified line up close as they are levelling targets from range. A proper centrepiece unit for any Adeptus Mechanicus force.

What's in the box

• 157 plastic components building 3 Battle Servitors
• Build as Kataphron Breachers or Kataphron Destroyers, in any combination
• Three track assemblies, with optional Breacher armour plating and mud guards
• 3 × 60mm round bases

Weapon options — 24 in total

• Breachers: arc rifles, torsion cannons, arc claws and hydraulic claws
• Destroyers: plasma culverins, heavy grav-cannons, phosphor blasters and cognis flamers

With two dozen weapon options on the sprue, building a unit you can field either way — and magnetising it so you never have to choose — is half the appeal.
