Royal Yellow is a clever mixing tone rather than a showpiece colour. Warm and slightly muted, it's built to nudge other colours around the palette — brightening sands, adding warmth to browns, and pulling greens toward olive or khaki. A basic colour in the best sense: not flashy alone, but the one you'll keep reaching for whenever a warm scheme needs a bit more range.
