Abteilung 502 Oil Paint - Buff (AKABT035)

Buff is for the moment a model needs to look sun-worn rather than showroom-fresh. This light, warm Abteilung 502 tone lifts highlights on sand, light grey and tricolour camouflage, and mixes straight into base colours to build dust and dirt from scratch. It's a low-oil, high-pigment formula with a long open time, so you can blend and feather the effect exactly as far as you want it to go.

Best for

• Dust and dirt effects mixed into base colours on desert and dusty vehicles
• Highlighting light camo, sand and grey paintwork
• Fading and sun-bleaching flat panels without losing the base colour underneath
