Abteilung 502 Oil Paint - Bitume (AKABT004)

Bitume is the tube to reach for when a model needs real depth rather than just a darker line. This near-black, transparent brown sinks convincingly into panel lines and recesses, deepens shadows without flattening the colour underneath, and pools naturally in the low, dimly lit spots that give a model weight and structure. A small amount covers a lot of ground, and the long open time keeps every application under control.

• Panel lines, recesses and structural detail
• Deepening dark colours in shadow without deadening them
• Oil staining and grime pooling on undersides and engine decks
