Red Split Lentils are a source of fibre and protein. Great in soups, stews, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes.

Instructions for useAllow approximately 40g of lentils per 80g cooked serving. Wash thoroughly. Place drained lentils in a saucepan and cover with fresh cold water, bring to the boil and boil briskly for 10 minutes, reduce heat and simmer gently for remaining time or until cooked and tender. Can be used as a base for many soups-just use as per your favourite soup recipe.
