Desert Dust is the wash for kit that's been dragged across arid ground — pale, powdery grime that settles into every recess. Vallejo Model Wash flows straight into panel lines, rivets and details, drying to a matt finish that pulls out detail and lays down a convincing dusty film. Brush or airbrush it on, give it 20 minutes, and carry on painting.
