Thai Taste Brown Rice Folded Noodles are one of the main components of Thai cuisine, folded rice noodles are widely used in both hot and cold dishes, but most traditionally, in the world's most popular rice noodle dish, Pad Thai. They are made from a paste of wholegrain rice flour and water that is steamed, formed, cut and then dried.

Directions

Boil 1 litre of water and remove from the heat. For 2 people, soak 100g of noodles in the boiled water for 5-10 minutes (or until soft), then drain and rinse. If not serving immediately, rinse in cold water to stop them from cooking further. Serve hot or cold.
