  • Our steak on a stone set is now available in matt black! This Black Rock Grill Matt Black hot stone cooking set is the perfect way to enjoy the benefits of hot stone cooking and individual platters make a simple dinner party sizzle either indoors or out, with each guest having their own unique meal experience.
  • The hot rock cooking concept is fantastic for prime fillet steak and fries, ideal for rump, sirloin, and rib-eye and sensational for salmon, tuna and swordfish because the dry heat of the rock sears in the natural juices & flavours of your chosen cut. Which means there is no need for oils or fats, so it is a fresh, fun and healthy way to cook steak as you like it. You can even use it to cook the perfect burger.
  • The stone can be heated : On the gas/electric stove or hob, Under the grill, In the oven (oven must heat to minimum 280-350°C / 550-660°F) or On the BBQ
